Anna's Studio is committed to guarantee the quality of our products and our customers' satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive, please follow the steps listed below:

1.   Contact us within 2 weeks of receipt via email at 
customerservice@annastudio.com
with the reason for the return to obtain a pre-authorized return number and a return request form will be sent via email or by fax.
2.   Fill out the return request form.
3.   Carefully pack the purchased item and the return request form in the original package with the original packing materials.
4.   Return the item in new condition to the address of Anna's Studio on your packing list at your own cost.
5.   After we receive your returned product in new condition, we will refund you the purchase price.

Anna's Studio can't offer a refund for improperly packaged items that are returned to us in damaged condition.

If the product was damaged during shipment, please immediately contact the customer service of UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to report the damage, and hold onto the merchandise, container and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS .
